SHIPPING POLICY
Samples and Commercial Orders
TECHEX INDIA supplies fabric samples and commercial fabric orders after product availability, specifications, quantity, colour, pricing, payment terms and delivery details have been confirmed with the buyer.
Submitting an enquiry or sample request through the website does not constitute confirmation of an order or dispatch.
Sample Dispatch
Sample availability, sample size, sample charges and courier charges are confirmed individually. Samples are dispatched only after the required details and applicable charges have been confirmed.
Order Processing
Processing and dispatch timelines depend on factors including:
- Fabric availability
- Required quantity
- Colour and shade availability
- Custom dyeing or finishing
- Production requirements
- Payment confirmation
- Delivery destination
The final estimated dispatch timeline will be communicated through the quotation, proforma invoice or written order confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Courier, transportation, freight, insurance and handling charges may be charged separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any shipping estimate provided before final booking is indicative and may change according to the courier, transporter, shipment weight, volume and destination.
Domestic Deliveries
Domestic shipments may be dispatched through courier, transport company or another mutually agreed logistics provider.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, regional restrictions or other circumstances outside the control of TECHEX INDIA.
International Deliveries
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs clearance
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Documentation requirements
- Destination-country regulations
- Inspection or clearance delays
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and destination-related costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping Information
The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. TECHEX INDIA will not be responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
Inspection on Delivery
The buyer should inspect the shipment upon receipt and promptly report visible damage, shortage or incorrect supply with supporting photographs, shipment details and invoice information.
Delays and Force Majeure
TECHEX INDIA is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including transportation disruption, customs delays, government restrictions, natural events, labour disruption or logistics-provider failure.
